Chapter 1: The spirits

Something was stirring. The crystal was a danger.

When Lisa the Leem woke up she could sense something was wrong, but what was it? She needn’t worry about that now. She had business to do. She got ready then headed to the elders meeting hut.

Dan the Drog was worried. Did the crystal have any effect on their world? I’ll mention it to the other elders he thought.

Ben the B3-8 had just arrived at the meeting hut. Then Dan the Drog arrived. “What has Lisa been up to?” Ben asked.

“I don’t know,” Dan replied “But are you wanting to ask the same question as me? Does the crystal have any effect on our planet?”

“I wasn’t going to ask anything. But, I don’t know. Sorry.” Ben replied.

On the tip of Death Valley Mountain, two living robot dragons were looking over the landscape. “Go get Lisa to hurry up. She’s late for the meeting” said one of them gruffly.

“Yes, Sir. I will, Sir” said the other in an equally gruff tone.
